Women’s Life Coach

Melbourne

Whether you’re new to Melbourne or a long-time resident, you know it’s a beautiful and vibrant city. It’s easy to get lost in the stunning architecture, cultural diversity, and friendly atmosphere of one of the most livable cities in the world. So what do you do when you find yourself living in this wonderful city yet feel alone, misunderstood and unhappy with your life? If you want to take back your life, rediscover yourself, and find fulfillment, you need a life coach in Melbourne.

Life Coach vs. Therapist

Many women are looking to reignite their relationships and improve their life both at work and at home. You can live the life you deserve. Calling on a life and relationship coach will not only help you get where you want to be but will guide you through building habits and skills to tackle any new changes that come your way.

Some people hear about a life and relationship coach and think, “I already have a therapist! Why would I need a women’s life coach?” While both a therapist and a life coach are important, they tackle different problems and help in different ways.

Therapists can diagnose and manage mental illnesses, and even prescribe medicine. They choose to focus on the “why” of a person’s history and past trauma or grief affecting their present and provide services over a long period of time.

As a life coach in Melbourne, I work with my clients on their current situation and their future goals. I choose to focus on the “how” of observing their current situation, identifying negative patterns, beliefs or behaviors that are holding them back, and then guiding them toward their future goals while also helping them to strengthen their relationships.

How Life Coaching Can Benefit Women

As a life and relationship coach, I can assist you in all areas of your life. Through identifying what brings you happiness and fulfillment, I can work with you to rediscover you, your truth and what you want to create in your life and support you to make the changes you want so you can live your best life. By recognizing your progress and accomplishments, as well as providing positive coaching, I can help to enhance your self-esteem and confidence. This can result in significant improvements in your overall quality of life.

Also, as a women’s life coach, I can help you find a work-life balance that suits you. I understand the importance of work-life balance in today’s society, where there is an increasing emphasis on professional growth over personal growth. It’s easy to lose sight of our individuality and desires in the midst of this obsession. That’s why it’s so important to rediscover yourself and uncover your lost spark. I believe that this process is crucial for your overall well-being, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Wondering if you should work with me? As an experienced life coach in Melbourne, I specialise in helping women rediscover their inner selves and create a fulfilling life. I firmly believe that nurturing relationships can greatly enhance one’s quality of life, and I know from experience that finding the right Australian relationship coach is key to achieving this. So if you’re a woman seeking guidance on this journey, I am here to help you find the path that works best for you.

What Qualities the Life Coach For You Will Have

A good life coach from Melbourne will have some experience or background in the niche they coach on as well as accreditation. These are essential, but what’s more important is their ability to empathise and meet you where you are so you can get to where you want to be.

The role of a women’s life coach is to assist a woman in learning the skills she needs to recognise any negative thought patterns or habits and counteract or improve them so she can take charge of her life. They will focus you on positive mindsets and actions to achieve your goal, all the while encouraging and motivating you. As these end goals can feel personal, it’s important to choose a life and relationship coach who can truly empathise with you.

I have formal education in business and the arts, with over three decades of experience in consulting and business, and internationally accredited coaching qualifications. But what truly sets me apart is that I have been where you are and am here to assist you in recreating your life. By reading my story, you can gain more confidence in selecting me as your Australian relationship coach.

A women’s life coach can be a guide, a motivator, a map builder, and sometimes the swift kick in the pants you need to get moving. But only you know your life and only you can make the changes necessary to bring balance to your world. So come prepared, ready to do the work and put in the time to transform yourself and your life into something you’ll love and appreciate.

As a professional life coach in Melbourne, I have formal qualifications in the arts and business, with over thirty years of experience in business and consulting, and internationally accredited coaching qualifications. However, what sets me apart is my personal experience of feeling lost, stuck, and alone in my marriage, which led me on a growth journey to rediscover the truth of who I am, what was holding me back, and the tools and strategies to put myself back in the driver’s seat of my life.

When I first heard the quote “To be loved for the truth of who I was,” tears ran down my cheeks because those words spoke straight to my heart. At the time, I was on a retreat in 2010 and in a dark period of my life. I had felt completely alone in my marriage for many years, misunderstood and unappreciated. The struggles of motherhood, running a business, and feeling unsupported in my relationship had taken its toll.

As a mother of two teenagers, stepmother of a grown man, and crazy about our dog Oscar, I know firsthand the challenges that come with family life. I’m deeply committed to every woman knowing and believing that she is absolutely enough, exactly as she is, and that happiness is possible amidst the struggles of family life.

My coaching approach is kind, open-hearted, and non-judgmental, with a huge zest for life. I’m dynamic and caring, practical, down-to-earth, and hugely invested in my client’s well-being and getting them results. I thrive on variety, and when I’m not coaching, I love nothing more than hanging out with my girlfriends, being out in nature, traveling, and experiencing new things.
